Da' Rail
Da' Rail is an add-on forearm that converts your current stock / chassis to the new style PRS chassis with the longer and wider fore arms. Da' Rail include that ARCA rail on the bottom side. Da' Rail allows better balance on your support bag and also gives you a wider balance area with room to place your hand/ thumb to help steady the rifle like the wing / rails that are out there. Da' Rail increases your useable forearm to over 17 inches, plenty of room for Bipods, bags and accessaries.
The Da' Rail does all this at the fraction of the price it would cost to upgrade your chassis.

NRL 22 2025 Base Class Rules (allowed)
B. Divisions
NRL22 monthly matches have seven divisions - Open, Base, Young Guns, Ladies, Air Rifle, Old Guns, and
Adaptive. NRL22 is intended to be a friendly environment for beginners to learn the sport of precision rifle so
coaching is encouraged for new competitors of all divisions. “New competitors” is a term that is not strictly
defined; however, it is generally recommended to be competitors who are shooting their first or second NRL22
match or are classified as a Novice.
1. Competitors must pick one division to shoot at the beginning of a local monthly shoot or the National
Championship. The competitor is only eligible for placement in the division in which they signed up. For
example, if a female competitor with a base rifle signs up for Ladies division and wins the entire shoot,
she will only be recognized for the placement in the division in which she signed up for. In this example,
that would be the Ladies division.
2. Open is for any competitor that does not meet the criteria of Base, Young Guns, Ladies, Old Guns, Air
Rifle, or Adaptive division.
3. Base division is intended to be budget oriented and friendly to new competitors. Any rifle system that
comes in at or under a combined MSRP of $1500 USD, as listed on the manufacturer’s website, shall
be eligible to compete in Base division. This $1500 USD combined MSRP price is the limit for the sum
of the rifle's MSRP and the scope's MSRP.
a. The following are considered accessories to the rifle and are allowed in Base division:
Interchangeable/removable grips utilizing factory attachment points, bottom metal/trigger
guard/magwell, scope rings, scope bases, bipods, suppressors, data card holders, magazines,
spare magazine holders, auto bolt releases, extended magazine releases, bubble levels, digital
levels, bolt knobs, and rail attached weights or weights utilizing factory attachment points.
b. Factory barrels must remain in their original factory specifications. Threading of the barrel is
allowed.

c. Barrel tuners, or items attached to the barrel that act as a tuner are not allowed in Base division.
Thread protectors and suppressors are allowed in Base division.
d. Safe adjustments to the factory trigger are allowed but aftermarket triggers are prohibited.
e. The addition of internal weights is not allowed.
f. Modifications to the stock including drilling holes are not allowed unless being done with one of
the following exceptions listed below:
i. Bedding of the action
ii. Mounting a flat rail (e.g. arca or picatinny) to the bottom of the forend.
iii. Adding a cheek riser
iv. Adding a sling stud.
g. Base rifles must remain in their factory configured stock/chassis. Applying paint and/or cerakote
to the original factory stock/chassis is allowed, but if a barreled action is removed from the
factory stock/chassis and placed in an aftermarket stock not available by the manufacturer and
not available as an option to purchase as a complete rifle, then that rifle will be an Open division
rifle.
h. The production status and MSRP on the first day of the season will be considered valid for the
entire season. Left-handed models identical in configuration to right-handed models but with a
higher MSRP will be recognized at the MSRP of the right-handed version. Base division
competitors should be mindful that manufacturers may change the MSRP of their products from
time to time. Rifles and scopes that are out of production on the first day of the season are
eligible if the last production year MSRP of the rifle and optic adjusted for inflation using the
following link https://www.bls.gov/data/inflation_calculator.htm fall within the MSRP limits and
the rifle meets all other criteria for Base division. NRL22 will not maintain a list of authorized
rifles or scopes due to the dynamics of the ever-changing cycle of revised models, new
products, and upgrades being released by manufacturers.
i. At sign in, the Match Director should inspect the rifle and ensure that the rifle meets the
aforementioned criteria. If the MSRP goes over or unauthorized modifications have been made,
the competitor shall compete in the Open division or another division so long as he/she meets
the criteria of that division. It is difficult for local Match Directors to keep up with every detail.
Base division competitors are encouraged to assist local Match Directors with ensuring Base
division rifles appropriately fall into Base division. Match Directors are responsible for enforcing
the Base division regulation matters when they arise on a case-by-case basis. For the National
Championship, these rules will be followed to the letter. There will be a gunsmith or a
representative from NRL22 present at the NRL22 Championship for Base division rifle
inspections.

2.2.5 Accessories: For the purpose of the Production Division, the following items are
considered accessories and will not be regulated or prohibited from being used on or in
conjunction with your production rifle: muzzle brakes, suppressors, barricade
stops/blocks, custom paint, rings, red dot sights, bags, pads, bipods, rails, zoom levers,
data card holders, bolt knobs, bubble level, grips, handguards, external weights, tuners
etc.
Counter sink bit information:
If you have a hand drill and a steady hand you can use the counter sink drill bit that makes the install easier.
Remove barreled action. Drill the small holes through from Da’Rail side. I would recommend doing one hole at a time and placing the screw in just to hold the alignment. Using the swivel stud location and the old swivel stud screw works very good. When drilling ensuring you are perpendicular to the stock/ rail. To drill the counter sunk holes for the T-nuts. Drill from the top side down using the small hole already there from the other side. Remember high bit speed & very slow pressure into the wood. The screws shipped with the kit are the correct length for the CZ MTR, you can trim to length for other stocks or request shorter ones.
J.E.T. Plate
Designed by local shooters Jason Anderson, Eddie Flores and Troy Tyson. This plate has a couple benefits over other plates on the market. The larger cut outs allow the bag to grip inside the plate, therefore transferring recoil to your prop. This plate also allows you to slide back around the mag-well, a benefit if your rifle is not balanced in front of the mag. Also the price is lower than many on the market.

Universal Arca Rail attachment
Both 12" work great on the SHORT ACTION Bergara HMR stocks (B14r). The 12" have a lower profile than the 7.75" or the 13.75". All the rails have a lot of room for M-loc or 10-32 machine threaded screws (not included). Long action HMR has extra hole drilled.
Add the mounting hardware, 2 of the screw thread right into existing holes. If you use for tripod shooting you may wish to drill and tap the third screw into the stock.
Da' Shaft 2.0
This weight is the simple and cost effective way to get your rifle to balance. This allows the gun to balance on the CENTER of your support bag. With this single weight or with the add-on weight you can move you balance point well in front of the magazine. It is on an ARCA rail you can slide it forward and back to make it just to your liking. This is a 3D printed PETG shell that has lead shot expoxy bedded in the shell. They weigh 34-35 oz. They are designed to fit on the top of Da' Rail and below the barrel. Stainless Steel mounting screws are included.

Brandt Built add on does not modify the original level simply remove the cover and install ours!
Brandt Built add-on kit allows you to mount the acutal level in any of the suggested orientations but gives you the flexability to mount it out of view( no more blocked turrets) Kit allows your level to be up to 12" away from your occular. if you need more than 12" run length we can set you up just send us a message. Dryfire, Focus, Adapter, Training
This device allows you to use the rifle and optic to dryfire practice in a very small area. With this adapter most scopes focus in the 11-15 feet range, depth of field is about 6”. By increasing your parallax distance you can sometimes increase that focal distance. With proper lighting you can use your scope at maximum magnification. Perfect for in the house, in the garage or a small backyard. Use this device to practice different positions, balance points on the rifle, slung vs unslung, various support bag combinations.
I have found the D.F.A.T to be extremely valuable in determining how small I can make my "wobble" with non-prone positions. Usually shooters can get a good idea of their abilities and improvements by dry firing on known "MOA" size targets.
** NOTE Measure your scope with a caliper, or consult their website to know the correct size. Example 3.5-21x50mm does not have a 50mm bell, it measures 59mm.

Dry Fire Dummy caps
I ordered in specifically for the Tikka T1x. They are known to have weak firing pins and are more at risk for damage than most Modern firearms. The Bergara B14r is said to be DryFire safe however after listening to company rep. They are no designed to have THOUSANDS of dry-fire cycles. Theses cap do become worn after use however as you can see in the picture, some with 12 firings seem to only have 3 hit spots. They worked well for me to load in the mag as long as I turned them so they could lay correct (look like a standard loaded round, avoid tipping ammo by rotating the cartridge.)

GEN 2 D.F.A.T.- HD The Gen 2 version of the DFAT has the aperture lens system held within a threaded aluminum sunshade. The glass lens is held in with a threaded retainer. It is possible to remove for cleaning if needed. This design provides a very secure fitment like lenses in a scope.
This is a very precision fit and be careful. You DO NOT want to cross thread your scope or the adapter.

Both 12" work great on the SHORT ACTION Bergara HMR stocks (B14r). The 12" have a lower profile than the 7.75" or the 13.75". All the rails have a lot of room for M-loc or 10-32 machine threaded screws (not included). Long action HMR has extra hole drilled.
Add the mounting hardware, 2 of the screw thread right into existing holes. If you use for tripod shooting you may wish to drill and tap the third screw into the stock.
Da' Shaft 2.0
This weight is the simple and cost effective way to get your rifle to balance. This allows the gun to balance on the CENTER of your support bag. With this single weight or with the add-on weight you can move you balance point well in front of the magazine. It is on an ARCA rail you can slide it forward and back to make it just to your liking. The CRUSH IT allows you to always know how much time you have left on a stage. It can count down from a preset time, or be started from zero and count up.

Da' Rail
Da' Rail is an add-on forearm that converts your current stock / chassis to the new style PRS chassis with the longer and wider fore arms. Da' Rail include that ARCA rail on the bottom side. Da' Rail allows better balance on your support bag and also gives you a wider balance area with room to place your hand/ thumb to help steady the rifle like the wing / rails that are out there. Da' Rail increases your useable forearm to over 17 inches, plenty of room for Bipods, bags and accessaries.
The Da' Rail does all this at the fraction of the price it would cost to upgrade your chassis.

NRL 22 2025 Base Class Rules (allowed)
B. Divisions
NRL22 monthly matches have seven divisions - Open, Base, Young Guns, Ladies, Air Rifle, Old Guns, and
Adaptive. NRL22 is intended to be a friendly environment for beginners to learn the sport of precision rifle so
coaching is encouraged for new competitors of all divisions. “New competitors” is a term that is not strictly
defined; however, it is generally recommended to be competitors who are shooting their first or second NRL22
match or are classified as a Novice.
1. Competitors must pick one division to shoot at the beginning of a local monthly shoot or the National
Championship. The competitor is only eligible for placement in the division in which they signed up. For
example, if a female competitor with a base rifle signs up for Ladies division and wins the entire shoot,
she will only be recognized for the placement in the division in which she signed up for. In this example,
that would be the Ladies division.
2. Open is for any competitor that does not meet the criteria of Base, Young Guns, Ladies, Old Guns, Air
Rifle, or Adaptive division.
3. Base division is intended to be budget oriented and friendly to new competitors. Any rifle system that
comes in at or under a combined MSRP of $1500 USD, as listed on the manufacturer’s website, shall
be eligible to compete in Base division. This $1500 USD combined MSRP price is the limit for the sum
of the rifle's MSRP and the scope's MSRP.
a. The following are considered accessories to the rifle and are allowed in Base division:
Interchangeable/removable grips utilizing factory attachment points, bottom metal/trigger
guard/magwell, scope rings, scope bases, bipods, suppressors, data card holders, magazines,
spare magazine holders, auto bolt releases, extended magazine releases, bubble levels, digital
levels, bolt knobs, and rail attached weights or weights utilizing factory attachment points.
b. Factory barrels must remain in their original factory specifications. Threading of the barrel is
allowed.

c. Barrel tuners, or items attached to the barrel that act as a tuner are not allowed in Base division.
Thread protectors and suppressors are allowed in Base division.
d. Safe adjustments to the factory trigger are allowed but aftermarket triggers are prohibited.
e. The addition of internal weights is not allowed.
f. Modifications to the stock including drilling holes are not allowed unless being done with one of
the following exceptions listed below:
i. Bedding of the action
ii. Mounting a flat rail (e.g. arca or picatinny) to the bottom of the forend.
iii. Adding a cheek riser
iv. Adding a sling stud.
g. Base rifles must remain in their factory configured stock/chassis. Applying paint and/or cerakote
to the original factory stock/chassis is allowed, but if a barreled action is removed from the
factory stock/chassis and placed in an aftermarket stock not available by the manufacturer and
not available as an option to purchase as a complete rifle, then that rifle will be an Open division
rifle.
h. The production status and MSRP on the first day of the season will be considered valid for the
entire season. Left-handed models identical in configuration to right-handed models but with a
higher MSRP will be recognized at the MSRP of the right-handed version. Base division
competitors should be mindful that manufacturers may change the MSRP of their products from
time to time. Rifles and scopes that are out of production on the first day of the season are
eligible if the last production year MSRP of the rifle and optic adjusted for inflation using the
following link https://www.bls.gov/data/inflation_calculator.htm fall within the MSRP limits and
the rifle meets all other criteria for Base division. NRL22 will not maintain a list of authorized
rifles or scopes due to the dynamics of the ever-changing cycle of revised models, new
products, and upgrades being released by manufacturers.
i. At sign in, the Match Director should inspect the rifle and ensure that the rifle meets the
aforementioned criteria. If the MSRP goes over or unauthorized modifications have been made,
the competitor shall compete in the Open division or another division so long as he/she meets
the criteria of that division. It is difficult for local Match Directors to keep up with every detail.
Base division competitors are encouraged to assist local Match Directors with ensuring Base
division rifles appropriately fall into Base division. Match Directors are responsible for enforcing
the Base division regulation matters when they arise on a case-by-case basis. For the National
Championship, these rules will be followed to the letter. There will be a gunsmith or a
representative from NRL22 present at the NRL22 Championship for Base division rifle
inspections.

2.2.5 Accessories: For the purpose of the Production Division, the following items are
considered accessories and will not be regulated or prohibited from being used on or in
conjunction with your production rifle: muzzle brakes, suppressors, barricade
stops/blocks, custom paint, rings, red dot sights, bags, pads, bipods, rails, zoom levers,
data card holders, bolt knobs, bubble level, grips, handguards, external weights, tuners
etc.
Counter sink bit information:
If you have a hand drill and a steady hand you can use the counter sink drill bit that makes the install easier.
Remove barreled action. Drill the small holes through from Da’Rail side. I would recommend doing one hole at a time and placing the screw in just to hold the alignment. Using the swivel stud location and the old swivel stud screw works very good. When drilling ensuring you are perpendicular to the stock/ rail. To drill the counter sunk holes for the T-nuts. Drill from the top side down using the small hole already there from the other side. Remember high bit speed & very slow pressure into the wood. The screws shipped with the kit are the correct length for the CZ MTR, you can trim to length for other stocks or request shorter ones.
J.E.T. Plate
Designed by local shooters Jason Anderson, Eddie Flores and Troy Tyson. This plate has a couple benefits over other plates on the market. The larger cut outs allow the bag to grip inside the plate, therefore transferring recoil to your prop. This plate also allows you to slide back around the mag-well, a benefit if your rifle is not balanced in front of the mag. Also the price is lower than many on the market.
